Don't be a chicken.

Jimmy J’s Chicken Salad:

1/2 Cup sour cream
1/2 Cup Jimmy J’s Sauce
1/2 Cup mayonnaise
4 Cups cooked, diced chicken
2 Cups red or green grapes
1/2 Cup cashews
1 Cup Craisins
1 - 11 oz can mandarin oranges (drained)
Salt & Pepper to taste
In a large mixing bowl, combine sour cream, mayo, and Jimmy J’s sauce.

Then toss with remaining ingredients. Chill and serve.
